Another milestone we hit this spring for our Addy was the completion of Cubbies in the Awana program. This is the preK class and she actually has put in 3 years, rather than the usual 2.

We were super late to the award ceremony because of a mom fail on understanding the starting time, but she was able to get her goodbye gift and recognition on stage with her friends!
Bradley was also awarded his second year pin for his time leading the game time. He has really enjoyed being a part of the Awana program and the kids just love his energy and dodge ball skills! :)

These two have done Cubbies together for the 2 1/2 years that we have been going to Saginaw FBC. They are very excited to graduate up to Sparky's as kindergarteners next year.
Addy has her daddy's ridiculous ability to memorize things in record time and retain them. She has done a great job memorizing her verses on the fly this year because her parents were so busy this year. However, I must say, she has retained so much. Bradley and I have challenged her to a verse competition this summer to see which of us can recite all of them in one setting...building on more each week. We are thankful for the leaders that have loved on her and help to give her a firm foundation in His word.
