2 Months

I haven't posted anything new in a while. We have been so busy!! Addy is growing like a weed! She is now 2 months and learning so much. She has begun to really interact with her surroundings. She is noticing mobiles more and trying to reach out for them. She is getting much more talkative and is starting to smile when we laugh and mocking our facial reactions. She is really starting to develop a personality. She can be pretty bossy. Everyday when I pick her up from daycare she 'gripes' at me. She doesn't cry, just complains. I think she is trying to tell on everyone! :) She is pretty vocal about things she doesn't like. At her doctor's appointment she let the doctor have it for pushing on her tummy. We could barely hear one another for her 'complaining'. He got apologized and all was well! Her doctor's appointment went well. She now weighs 10 pounds (45percentile) and is 22 inches long (75percentile). She had to get several shots so thank goodness Bradley went.

She also just had her monthly assessment done at her daycare last week for 2 months. She has met all of the two month milestones and several of the three month milestones. Today for the first time she grabbed a rattle and brought it to her mouth to lick. She gets so proud of herself and just kicks like crazy when she does something new.

We have taken her to lots of first lately. She went to her first Tech game last weekend. She just looked around and observed everyone. We also took her to chuck e. cheese's for Bradley's and my birthday (6th annual trip). She just watched all the lights and other kids. We love having our little girl around! She is growing so much. My favorite time of day is when she wakes up in the morning. She always spends time with Bradley and I just talking and smiling. She is definitely a morning baby and we really cherish this time together as a family.
