April 12th was a Saturday that we were actually just getting to be home with no real plans. I got a call about 12:30 from my sister saying that she was having lots of contractions so she was thinking about going into the hospital. I told her if she needed to meet me to pick up Barrett we would do so. Neither of us could have guessed how crazy that afternoon was about to become!
She dropped Barrett off with our mom and headed to the hospital. They have a 45 minute drive so by the time she got there it was full labor! She delivered Sweet Maggie at 3:55PM!!
We rushed over to the hospital to see our sweet new addition to the family!
Miss Margaret Mae was absolutely perfect, and a tiny princess at 6 pounds 14 ounces! We were in love immediately! It is so fun to have another girl in the Erwin house now!
Addy is especially smitten with Maggie! She cannot wait to see her every time and always wants to hold her and love on her! She is just so fascinated by her every move!
There is nothing more fun than having babies at the same time as your sister! Liv and I have taken turns over the last 4 years! It is just so neat to watch your family grow and change!!
Ok, I love the name Maggie! That was one of the names we liked for Sophie but we had to scratch it off the list because it has the word aggie in it. & we are a longhorn family :) But I still love it!
